Re: trendy loft build

I'm in with the original poster please.  We are ready to go ahead with our loft conversion having finalised our architects drawings, only to find the builders are quoting DOUBLE what my neighbours paid 3-4 years ago so we might have to go with a loft conversion company instead.  Any good ones out th...

Hi Josh,

I might need someone (as soon as my work picks up again) for after school pick up until 5pm, 3 days per week.  We are based near Battersea Square.  I would love to keep your details.

Re: Loft conversion

Hi Skylark, I am doing that just now and have been wonderfully guided by David Bell at AtelierDB.  He's had a hard time as I've had an appeal going through with WBC but he's managed it well, kept his sense of humour, and steadily getting through the process with confidence and aplomb. https://www.at...

Re: Child with ADHD

Thank you JoeKing.  It's so hard to get all of this from a visit to a school.  Often the sen staff don't even reply when I send emails and I find a lot of schools say they are sen but in reality have no clue how to help these children.

Re: Brother refusing to help with elderly parents

Hi, I read this last week and I had to reply.  I think all of the men and brothers here are appalling, selfish and downright sexist.  You are all equal siblings - how dare they expect you to do it all when you have your own job and family and live further away.  What is the reason?  Because you are ...
