Hello,

Does anyone know of a dermatologist who is seeing people in Balham/Clapham area or nearby please?

Looking for someone who can look at a possibly suspicious looking spot, and also assess/treat rosacea.

Grateful for any suggestions.

Why wouldn't you go to your GP for advice on this condition?  Particularly if you're seeing a ' ... suspicious looking spot'.  Your GP can refer you to a Dermatologist if necessary.

Thanks for replying dimelda. I rang my GP about this a while ago but they said they could not see me due to pandemic restrictions and to go to a pharmacist.

The pharmacist said they were not really sure and to get it seen by someone if it didn’t clear up, which it hasn’t.

So looking for a dermatologist, which I was wanting to do for other issues anyway.

Would be very grateful if anyone knows of local dermatologists doing face to face appointments at the moment.

Try Stratum Clinics in Wimbledon. If that’s not too far away.

Not in Clapham but very accessible, try The MOLE clinic on Argyll street, Soho. A friend used them a little while ago which is how I know of them. She saw them in person but they do online consults too.

Have used and recommended John Ferguson to a few friends and called him out on here too. Always had good feedback. He was at the Cadogan clinic when I saw him but works from other places too,
