Nurturing Mums Postnatal course will give you all the information you need to be calm, cool and confident as a parent. Our groups are set up to make it easy to socialise with other mums and make new friends. We have a non-judgemental approach to motherhood. We think that whatever works best for mum is best for baby. Our expert guest speakers are handpicked to give you practical, hands-on advice on sleep, weaning & first aid. They will provide input for discussion and give you a chance to ask questions. Our courses give structure to your week and will give you something fun to look forward too.
