Local security chap Ali witnessed a lady using the ATM to withdraw money but she left Sainsbury’s before collecting the money.

Ali realised and took the cash but wasn’t able to get it to her in time but did manage to get her number plate. 
 
He’s handed the £100 to the office at his Sainsbury’s local but wasn’t sure how else to locate her so we are tying to help out.

If he still has the registration number, then he could pass that on to the police.  The police could check the owner and send the community support officer round (if we still have any).
