Hi Elena
My husband is very interested in this position. We sold our restaurant, after 23 years, a couple of years ago. We used a lot of Spanish ingredients in our menus, mainly from Brindisa and also held events in conjunction with a Spanish food writer and director of FWS. At present he is doing voluntary work at the Garden Museum (cookery classes and gardening) and Hampton Court Palace (kitchen garden). He can arrange his rotas so as to be available on Saturdays. He is 64 but has loads of energy with hobbies including cycling, running and paddleboarding, He is DBS checked.
Please let me know if you would like more information.
