Join Brindisa’s BBQ Weekend, 28th - 30th June, to try a feast of perfectly cooked Iberico meats and chorizo at the Hildreth Street shop.
Discover something a little different for your al fresco dining like the sensational Iberico Presa (Shoulder), Secreto (a beautiful cut between the shoulder blade and the loin, also know as the 'best kept secret in BBQ'), and delicately spiced Chistorra cooking chorizo.
The meats will be served with moreish Mojos freshly made by Leo, Brindisa's talented Catalan chef. Typical of the Canary Islands, Mojos are red pepper or coriander and parsley "pesto" style sauces that are superb with barbeque meats, fish, and vegetables and even grilled halloumi!
