Hand-carved Iberico ham will be served up this Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm.
Our professional ham carvers are going to take residence in our Balham Deli every Sunday from 28 September until November.
What makes Ibérico ham so special? Ibérico pigs are cross breeds of white pigs and wild boars, giving the resulting ham a darker, richer flavour. Acorn-fed Ibérico pigs roam freely in Spain and achieve finely marbled fat.
