Meet Iago, he is somewhat of an expert in 'jamón al corte', which is Spanish for 'ham carving'.
The art of carving jamón is taken very seriously indeed in Spain. In fact, we hosted the first-ever Ibérico Ham Carving Awards in the UK in November, and Iago was in the final!
Every Sunday, Iago will be in our Brindisa Balham shop carving ibérico ham all day for you to try: 11am-4pm. Come and say hola this Sunday!
