Fitness in the great outdoors

Given the current situation we all find ourselves in, those of us who can seem to be making the most of the great outdoors and enjoying the commons.

Up on Wandsworth Common, Open Air Fit is still in full swing, following government advice and running their weekly classes (just minus any physical contact). So if you're looking for ways to keep fit and healthy (and sane ;) ) outside of the house and are fit and healthy enough to do so, here's their weekly timetable of classes:

Open Air Fit has just shared the following about its outdoor sessions for the time being:

We're so sorry but Wandsworth Council have cancelled all sports and fitness sessions for commercial activity on the Common for the foreseeable future. We can't tell you how sad we are. For so many of us being outdoors is an important aspect of looking after our mental health as well as enabling us to keep fit and healthy. 

We are working on keeping you active however (as mentioned yesterday) and are setting up online streaming sessions that can be done indoors or in your gardens. Whether it's a 1-2-1 PT session, Families, Teen Fit, Kids, or one of our group sessions, we've lots of options to keep our wonderful community going. We're hoping to have these up and running by Monday morning.

Our live online streaming sessions are up and running and they're FREE to join this week and we're super excited that we can keep you all training and hopefully all remain fit and healthy whilst being indoors.

Monday @ 0930 - Burner (Circuits) with Leyla 45 mins


Tuesday @ 0900 - Cardio and Core (Circuits) with Tash 45 mins

Tuesday @ 1200 - Quick Fit with Mel 30 mins


Wednesday @ 0830 Quick Fit with Mel 30 mins
Wednesday @ 0930 - Burner (Circuits) with Leyla 45 mins


Thursday @ 0930 - Cardio and Core (Circuits) with Tash 45 mins

Thursday @ 1800 - Quick Fit with Mel 30 mins


Friday @ 0930 - Pilates & Gentle Flow (Circuits) with Valeriia 45 mins

Saturday @ 0900 - Cardio and Core (Circuits) with Tash
