Hello
Does anyone have any recommendations for a locally based IT technician?
We moved our desktop and now the machine when starting up gets stuck trying to load windows

One of the most common causes is a hard disk failure. The computer may freeze while the BIOS is turned on or the boot may not reach the Windows operating system greeting. This will make it possible to exclude from the download drivers and programs that may be the source of the problem. You should press the F8 button several times after starting the PC.
