Would you support an urgent petition to solve a serious first world problem?

We have a near neighbour who disturbs everyone around by sitting on his motorbike (not sure what brand, but that's probably me) and revving it up in his driveway before ostentatiously driving off.  The same thing happens when he arrives home.  I guess he thinks it might help his promotion from beta male to alpha male.

Would you support a petition to the government to reintroduce the death penalty for loud motorbikes?  Brexit pales into insignificance ..................

There is a special place in hell for people who drive noisy motorbikes and since all motorbikes seem to be noisy (why is that?) I imagine it will be getting quite full. Have you tried talking to him? Is there not a law against noisy bikes?
