Personal trainer for woman in her 70's

Dear all

I am looking for a super gentle personal trainer - probably a woman - who would be able to look after my mother who is in her 70's.  My mother has not done well in lockdown, and I am trying to gently get her back into exercise.  I am sad to say she is incredibly unfit and needs extremely gentle encouragement.

If anyone had any recommendations I would be most grateful.  She is in Fulham.
