Any truth in the rumour that an Amazon 'Just walk out' will be coming to Northcote Road where Byron was previously?

It was mentioned on a school WhatsApp group chat and just wondered if anyone else has heard this one too?

I haven't seen anything on the hoardings that would suggest it is becoming an Amazon store and I would be quite surprised as it doesn't seem big enough?

This was just mentioned on my Friday dog walk. No one seemed to know for sure? Would love to know if it is. Would be a shame for the local shops it is clearly hard going as it is.
