Sash window replacement recommendations please?

Hi neighbours,

We are in need of a sash window replacement in our ground floor bay window (between the commons). Please can anyone recommend a company that they have personally used for this?

I have done a search and there appears to be scathing reviews of Wandsworth Sash Windows - are they still ones to avoid or have they improved recently? Has anyone used LondonBoxSash recently? Or are there others that I should get over for a quote?

We are looking for like-for-like sash and not UVPC.

Friends recommend Ayrton

Just don't go near Wandsworth Sash windows - our product was badly made and hasn't lasted well.

We used SJB windows for almost all our sash windows in our house. Highly recommend!

Neighbour has just had Ayrton replace windows and I know that they are very happy.

We had most of our sash windows replaced by Ayrton with traditional wood frames and would highly recommend them. They’re probably not the cheapest out there but worth it for the quality!

We used Complete Sash Windows.

They did a great job. Good quality, well fitted windows and they were great at minimising disruption when we had a baby.
