Independent body gives green light to Crossrail 2 and urges ministers to make construction a 'priority' in south west London

Crossrail 2 has been given a green-light by an independent body, laying the foundations for final approval for the £33bn rail network to be built in south west London.

As Crossrail 2 has now been approved, does anyone know where the Balham .vs. Tooting argument now stands?!

Wonder when we can expect a definitive decision.....

If Sadiq Khan becomes mayor then he'll surely have some influence over it going to Tooting?
