Weekday meet ups for the Kids in the Park

Hi, i have a 20month old son, i work full time - we live on the northside of Clapham Common.
Is anyone interested in a meet up for the kids during the week? Our nanny is great and always looking to make friends too!
Or can anyone advise me on fun activities in the area?
