Window Cleaner robber Post Reply

Dear All

Please beware of this man who is posing as a window cleaner.  He is very cunning.  Made contact weeks ago, then followed up weeks later.  He has been on the loose since December robbing at least 12 people we know of in the Clapham Area.  There is a detective on the case and they are keen to link all the cases if you have any information. 

He is polite and well spoken.  He is very quick when it comes to robbing.  I turned my back for two minutes and the jewellery was gone.
Description: Little to no hair, shaved very close to his head and fair in colour. He is a caucasian male, age 35-40, approximately 5'10".  He has a very large identifiable tattoo on his left forearm and a gold tooth.  Slim build.  He wears latex gloves and never takes them off. 

Here is a selection of his images from various jobs where he has stolen....if you have any information on this guy please do let me know and I can inform the Detective in charge of the case.  Please pass this info and his images on or send it viral on social media. We have to catch him.  If you see him call 999, NOT 101.

Hi Andy,
Yes he's been around and also robbed us.
We're in Ramsden road. Balham.
Our incidents was in February this year. It has been reported to the police but nothing was going to be done about it, then.
As well as jewellery my bank card was stolen too so I have a record of all the stores he used it around the area of Croydon which I think is where he lives.

Hi Andy,

He also visited our property last wednesday (we live in East Sheen) and is supposedly coming back on Wednesday (1st August) at 7.30am. We had booked an appointment with a recommended local window cleaner and he happened turned up shortly before the appointment so my wife assumed it was the person we had booked. He was acting somewhat suspiciously. But my wife was even more on edge when 10 mins after he left, the real tradesperson turned up. Feel free to PM me if your detective wants more details.

This man came to my place (kensington area) prentended to be a window cleaners and robbed my jewelry. It was roughly 3 weeks ago.

I reported it to the kensington police station

This guy also burgled us on the 6th June - we are in Barnes. Same mode of operation v fast. Too jewellery and watches. DC Shelli Byrne of the Met police is who is dealing with our case.

Dear All, 
My husband was duped by a Window Cleaner/Burglar in January 2018 and we live on Honeybrook Road, SW12 - the incident was reported to DC Phill Govett, Brixton Police Station and following the Nappy Valley posting this morning, my husband has spoke to Richmond Police Station and let Phill Govett know.  I lost a very precious gold necklace with with a gold, pearl crucifix, with engraving on the back, so if there is a small chance of getting this crucifix back and collectively stopping/catching the individual, it would be very satisfying .  Thank you everyone for sharing your photos and information about this man, it has given me hope.
