Australian labradoodle. On the common

Postby Bee Aspinall » Sun Dec 30, 2018 10:29 pm

Random question but a while ago I stopped a lady who had a gorgeous dog. She told me it was an Australian labradoodle. I’m interested in connecting with this lady to learn about her experiences. Does anyone know this lady (or indeed any other). Importantly it’s not a usual labradoodle. The Australian part of it is important!
Thanks so much

Of course the Australian labradoodle is a kind of dog- an awesome one too.
Have a look at the websites below for an idea of reputable breeders. There is also a Facebook page called I love my Australian Labradoodle (UK). They are brilliant dogs and very family friendly.

Hope this helps a bit!

Labradoodles originated in Australia, so I think there is something in that. Supposedly, they are trying to keep it/create it as a breed instead of a cross of just a poodle and a lab. To some degree, I think it's a bit of crock as well - except that I bought one this year and he has been the most lovely family dog.

Thanks for your replies. I’m aware of those websites and was just trying to locate one locally I could meet. I’m sorted now thanks and am meeting a couple locally.

Hiya. You're after an ASD labradoodle. There are 2 that I know of on the common. My friend has one and we walk everyday from 9am if you want to meet one. He also recently appeared in an advert https://www.facebook.com/64543005371/po ... 004615372/
A great breed ... although I love my pug x more!
Good luck in your search.

When I read the post yesterday I was looking after the dog in question!! Which made me laugh so much - I couldn’t believe it! My friend remembers speaking with you and i’ll pm you with her details. And as I was looking after him, I can vouch the breed exists 😂😂😂😂. He is a gorgeous dog - would definitely recommend this breed.
