St. Cecilia's, Wandsworth appoints new headteacher

Postby Community Editor » Wed Apr 24, 2019 10:29 am

Renata Joseph joins Saint Cecilia’s Church of England School from Canons High School in Edgware, where she led the development of 'teaching and learning' and more recently 'staff professionalism' at The Canons Park Teaching School Alliance.

Prior to that, Mrs Joseph was a senior leader at The Green School for Girls, in west London.

Mrs Joseph said she is "passionate about Saint Cecilia’s and is committed to ensuring an exceptional education in an inclusive environment."

Having gained a degree in geography, Mrs Joseph undertook a PGCE at St Mary’s University College; qualifying as a teacher in 1997.

She added that she was "delighted to have secured the headship of Saint Cecilia’s School" and is "excited about the outstanding future ahead for the school."
