Don't forget EU elections this Thursday

Postby Community Editor » Mon May 20, 2019 10:03 am

The European parliamentary elections are on Thursday (23 May), with polling centres open from 7am to 10pm.

Residents will be voting in the London region election and will be electing eight MEPs to the European Parliament.

All those eligible to vote should have received a poll card. Your polling card will tell you where to vote.

If you have mislaid or don’t recall receiving your poll card you can still vote as long as you are registered and eligible to vote in this election – just give your name and address to polling station staff.

If you are not sure where to go, you can find out by putting your postcode into the council’s online polling station finder.

If you are not sure if you are on the electoral register, contact the council’s electoral services team.

For more information about the elections, including a list of candidates, visit www.wandsworth.gov.uk/vote.
