Firefighters have rescued a man from a blaze at a block of flats in Battersea.
Dramatic footage showed worried onlookers watching on as crews rushed into the 15-storey building yesterday.
About 60 firefighters and eight fire engines were called tackle the flames in a flat in the block at around 6.20pm.
The man who was rescued was treated by paramedics at the scene in Ingrave Street, London Fire Brigade said.
A Met Police spokesman said he is aged in his forties.
