Balham resident, Lucie, has launched The Gut Feeling @thegutfeelinguk, an online subscription service that delivers treats for your gut, direct to your door!
Every product in the box is hand-picked by Lucie and her experienced team. Each month you’ll find prebiotic and probiotic foods and drinks for the general wellbeing of your gut.
After her own kidney infection scare and a lot of intravenous antibiotics, her gut began to say 'no' to everything. After a gazillion consultations with specialists, Lucie started her journey into experimenting with fibre, fermented foods, learning about prebiotics and the importance of lifestyle on gut health.
With the Gut Feeling, she wants to raise awareness of gut health and help others because of her own personal experience.
She has a team of gut health enthusiasts who make sure they know what we’re talking about thanks to a registered Dietitian and Nutritionist onboard.
This is not about food restrictions or fad diets, it's about empowering people to feel better, live better and do more by looking after their guts.
