Three people were injured after a van crashed into them on Wandsworth High Street yesterday afternoon around 4pm.
Eye-witnesses and social media users reported heavy emergency services presence in the area, near to the junction of Garratt Lane and Wandsworth High Street where the collision took place.
As details began to emerge on Tuesday evening, Met Police officers in Wandsworth revealed that three people had been injured in the crash but fortunately, their injuries are not life changing or threatening.
Meanwhile, road users yesterday were urged to avoid the area with long delays reported in Wandsworth and Clapham amid rush hour.
The driver of the van stopped at the scene. Enquiries continue.
