Members of the public have been urged not to approach a man who is wanted for murder and could be in London.
Arjanit Kondi, also known as Arjanit Kondaj, is accused of fatally shooting a man in a bar in Vlora, Albania on April 20, 2017.
Three others were injured in the shooting, and detectives have identified Kondi as the main suspect.
It is thought the 41-year-old could be in London, more specifically Battersea, Croydon or South Kensington.Detectives are now urgently trying to locate Kondi.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "A red notice has been circulated by Interpol and a warrant has been issued Kondi’s arrest by Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
"Officers believe Kondi may be in London and he has links to the Battersea, South Kensington and Croydon areas.
"Anyone who recognises him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police via 101. For an immediate sighting, please call 999.
"The public are advised not to approach Kondi if he is seen but to contact police immediately."
