The pandemic has been a difficult time for the hospitality sector, and Wandsworth Council is keen to help it recover. As part of this support, a food and drink trail has been created for each town centre and food and drink hotspot.
Wandsworth residents are lucky to have a diverse range of fabulous restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars and speciality food establishments across the borough.
To explore what’s on offer, find the trail you want to follow on the council’s website and open it on your smartphone. It includes a colourful map of the local area showing the location of businesses, plus contact details.
The council’s also made a series of videos to give you a taster of the businesses included. Watch them all here.
Cabinet member for Economic Development, Cllr Rhodri Morgan said ‘We are delighted to promote the fantastic range of food and drink businesses we are lucky to have here in Wandsworth.
“Hospitality is a key part of our local economy, and we’re keen to remind people who live, work and visit here just what’s available. Take a look at our trails and let them inspire you to discover, visit and support these amazing places.”
Each trail is smartphone friendly and includes a colourful map of the local area, with locations dotted along the high street(s) and a listing with contact details of all the featured pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and food speciality places. We want these trails to inspire you to discover, visit and support these amazing food and drink businesses across the borough. There's a food trail for:
