Unauthorised temporary building in Clapham South must be removed say councillors

Postby Community Editor » Tue Nov 27, 2018 6:55 am

Property developers at a prominent building site in Balham have been ordered to remove an unauthorised structure that is encroaching on to the public highway or face prosecution.

Councillors have given the green light to enforcement action being taken against the owners of the large development site at 3-5 Nightingale Lane.

While the site is being developed the owners have erected temporary buildings to house a marketing suite where they can showcase the retirement homes they are building. The marketing suite spills out over the pavement and into the carriageway and does not have planning permission.

Its presence at the edge of the site has reduced the amount of space for pedestrians using the footway on this busy approach from Clapham South Underground Station and has encroached on the vehicular carriageway.

The company's portacabins also encroach onto the pavement and the council will now request that once the marketing suite has been removed, these temporary structures are moved so as to reduce their impact on the highway.

Re: Wandsworth Council once again collude with Tax Evasion

All this talk about Enforcement is "FAKE NEWS"

As predicted, the Charade two weeks ago was only an opportunity for the Moral Dwarf "Will Sweet" (Council Planning Chair) to tweet everywhere and try and deceive all of you that they are a smidgen lawful - they are NOT!

No enforcement has been carried out, and even when it is, it has been contrived to be absolutely ineffective, and limited to what they have already done (made the entrance smaller)

On 21 Nov 2018, they submitted a new application to continue using the "Marketing Suite" in full "two fingers up" to all of you affected residents and commuters.

Wandsworth have not yet loaded up details, but it will be under 2018/5547 https://planning.wandsworth.gov.uk/WAM/ ... =2018/5547 The

Planning officer remains Adam Greenhalgh [020 8871 6835] He is already implicit in providing false information and producing contrived planning reports, that heavily point towards collusion with the applicant to action tax fraud. This has been reported as suspected Criminal activity to the authorities.

Of interest though:- The application finally admits that The land on which the Cabins are sited, belongs to the public (Wandsworth as Trustees). The previous application provided false info on this, so the Tory Cllrs could pretend they had not taken a big illegal bribe from the developer.
see attachments.... Ask the Local Ward Cllrs to come clean and expain why their previous statements on this are all FALSE (e.g. Lucy Mowatt, Paul Ellis, Saltier, etc etc,..)

REMEMBER ... THIS IS ALL ILLEGAL ... but Wandsworth are trying to hide it!
