Coronavirus Legal Q&As for businesses

Postby Bellevuelaw » Mon Mar 30, 2020 2:39 pm

So many businesses and individuals have got questions about the legal implications of the current coronavirus emergency.  How does the Job Retention Scheme (furlough) work?  What happens if clients or tenants can't pay - or if you can't pay your suppliers or landlord - because of Covid-19?  And who can benefit from the government's support for the self-employed?

These are some of the questions Florence Brocklesby of Bellevue Law and other legal experts tackled in a free Coronavirus Legal Q&A webinar on Friday 27 March.  You can access the webinar - and the answers to the many employment law questions we didn't have time to get to during it - here:

Coronavirus Legal Questions: Ask us anything

The situation is moving at pace, so we will be hosting another free session this Friday.  The webinar is completely free, and you can find registration information in the link.
