Redundancy During COVID-19

Thanks to the unprecedented challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, little has been certain in 2020 – however, it’s undisputed that the coronavirus crisis will have a severe impact on the economy.

With Chancellor Rishi Sunak having confirmed that the CJRS (Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme) will come to an end on 31st October, many employers are – unfortunately – beginning to consider redundancies.
