We are a PT studio based on Putney High Street.
We are looking for someone with well-rounded experience to help our business with a number of administrative tasks.
We would require you to work 16 hours over 4 days a week from the gym. Starting as soon as possible.
Job Spec
> Writing job specs, posting and reviewing CV’s
>Sending info to accountant as and when is needed
>Creating posts for Instagram on each of the four days you are in the office.
> Actively looking for local PT’s and contacting them, to work from our gym.
> Sending texts to PT’s as and when needed with updates or reminders
> Checking spreadsheets from in-house PT’s to make sure that everything is in order.
> Send invoices to clients
> Make sure all DD payments and BACS payments have been received.
> Ensure all new clients are set up on our systems, DD payments have been set up and all contracts have been signed.
> Buying goods for the gym ie cleaning products etc
We will be paying 10 - 12.50 per hour based on experience, and the role would be offered on a self-employed basis
