Denner Cashmere is a small Mail Order business based in London Clapham Junction. We are currently looking for full time Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound calls, processing orders, offering upsells, replying to customer correspondence (letters and emails) and dealing with failed deliveries and refunds.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
• Good I.T skills, good knowledge of excel
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors or mistakes
• Ensuring all Orders and Queries are answered and dealt with, in a correct manner
Additional hours may be required from time to time and in the run up to Christmas to help us fulfil orders.
