You’ll be the voice of our customer - spotting patterns in their queries, suggestions and frustrations, and actively contributing to the development of our Plans and customer experience. You’ll need to take initiative and work autonomously and you’ll have many opportunities to progress and define your own role.
What we are looking for:
·First and foremost, you will need to show that you are a 'people person'.
·A strong interest in Nutrition and well-being is a must
·We only want up-beat, smiley people with a can-do attitude.
·You’ll need to be self-motivated, calm under pressure and really positive about change (we are growing and changing all the time!)
·Perfect written English, with impeccable grammar and spelling; our customers deserve first class communication skills.
·The ability to focus and attention to detail so that every email you send is absolutely perfect and every conversation you have is faultless.
·Ability to work methodically to drive down email volumes during busy periods
·A strong working knowledge of computer skills such as Excel/ Microsoft office is vital
