Part Time Office Administrator wanted

Jon Baines Tours, a specialist travel tour operator is looking for an administrative assistant.The role would be part time. Initially we are looking for someone who can do 1 day a week, or two half days with the possibility of more hours during busy periods. The job is based in Putney. Role responsibilities include :
  • Assisting with marketing mailings
  • Creating and organising mailing lists
  • Helping with client document packs
  • Stationary orders
  • Assisting with the organising of events and parties
  • General office admin
We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the English language, good computer skills and can use systems like Word and Excel.
