Part Time Operations Coordinator

<r>Part-Time operations coordinator required for a rapidly growing remote medical services company that specialises in doctor led<br/>
support and community healthcare development. <br/>
<br/>
The role requires strong people management and administrative<br/>
skills, as well as a a good understanding of social media, to assist the leadership group. <br/>
<br/>
Previous experience working in remote locations and medical<br/>
services and/or development desired but not essential.<br/>
<br/>
Duties will include:<br/>
· Assisting with marketing including growing and developing an online social media presence and proposal development as required.<br/>
· Supporting and advising on business processes including management of deployed doctors, patient and client data management systems.<br/>
· Resource management – supporting consultant deployments including assisting with rotation planning, contracts, flights and visas. <br/>
· Carrying out any required general administrative and managerial duties including document review and checking invoices.<br/>
· Assisting with IT including issuing new email addresses and website updates.<br/>
· Attending a weekly call to promote communications and cooperation between different project locations<br/>
<br/>
14hours a week (with potential to increase) at £20 per hour. Location is flexible. <br/>
