Hey there! I don't think you should spend money on courses if you're motivated to study. I suppose you're a student (mostly students learn java nowadays) and you don't need extra expenses. Youtube and Google are a great source of learning. You can find a lot of information, explanation, documentation, on Java programming. Do you know why the internet is better than a course? On a course, you cannot choose between the teachers, while on the internet are a lot of sources and different type of persons from which you can choose. Now I'm working on a website for future programmers. It will cover most programming languages, with a lot of how-to documentation, which looks amazing and easy to understand. There's a lot of work to do, especially when you're doing it by yourself but as soon as it will be ready, I'll share it here.

  1. Learn by doing.
  2. Grasp the fundamentals for long-term benefits.
  3. Code by hand.
  4. Ask for help.
  5. Seek out more online resources.
  6. Don't just read the sample code.
  7. Take breaks when debugging.
