Part-time Marketing Assistant/Account Coordinator - B2B Marketing Consultancy

We're a growing B2B Marketing Consultancy based in Wandsworth looking for an Administrative Marketing Assistant/Account Coordinator on a part-time freelance or initial 6-12 month contract.

The Role:
You will support the Director with client projects, coordinate press communication schedules, maintain and update marketing collateral and assist with a variety of account management tasks as required to maximise revenue and profit and to optimise the effectiveness of the Company's own marketing strategy.

Your day to day duties will include:
- Using Teamwork.com, set-up, update, maintain, track, time & coordinate all activities/projects/tasks
- Coordinate client communications schedules for Press Releases & Article placements in relevant global b2b media
- Research & compile activity & clippings reports
- Conduct research to maintain, update & build Trade Press Databases, Industry Event/Trade Show Schedules, Conference schedules, identify speaking & awards opportunities and monitor deadlines etc.
- Update client product specification documents
- Develop & manage the company's presence in social media
- Coordinate client social media communications
- Conduct SEO client specific activities
- Work on client marketing projects (trade show organisation, brand promotions, etc.)
- Any other related duties as required by the business objectives

The successful Marketing Assistant/Account Coordinator will demonstrate:
- Proficient in the use of IT (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with using Adobe In-Design and Photoshop great advantage
- Experience with Teamwork.com project management software advantageous
- Experience in social media management
- Enthusiastic, reliable and flexible team player that conducts themselves professionally
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Able to work to multiple deadlines and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (excellent English spoken & written essential)

Benefits:
- Freelance or initial 6-12-month contract - (£18k - £20k per annum pro rata dependent on experience)
- Flexible working hours Mon-Fri (20hrs a week)
