Role: to bridge the gap between customers (our followers!) and their user experience on one side and the development team on the other, as well as working on content strategy and design.
You will need to develop and maintain a close relationship with both NVN users and the NVN team to help them identify and plan for new product enhancement opportunities. In other words, we are looking for somebody with a tech background and a good understanding of website design, functionality and development.
Task: to be able to translate these opportunities into great user journeys (or 'stories' in tech speak!) and present them to the UX, writing, design and development members of the team, who then produce solutions.
The role is part-time and flexible and the team is lovely
