LAW CLINIC ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (PART-TIME), ROEHAMPTON

Job title: Law Clinic Administrative Co-ordinator (0.4 FTE) 
 
Grade:RU05 
 
Salary:£27,420 to £31,177 pa, inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (pro rata) 
 
We are looking for an Administrative Co-ordinator to join our new Law Clinic at Roehampton Law School. The successful applicant will have responsibility for the effective delivery, development and organisation of the Law Clinic’s administration, acting as a point of contact for university colleagues, legal practitioners, our clients from the local community and our partners from Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureau. Working with the Head of Law Clinic and the senior management of the Law School, the successful applicant will help develop the strategy of the Law Clinic and assist in training and managing our RLS student volunteers. 
 
The successful applicant will ideally have legal sector experience and take a proactive approach to managing new projects, using initiative and often working independently. The post holder will need have excellent administrative skills and an ability to pay close attention to detail and manage data accurately and efficiently.  The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to ongoing service development and improvement, maintaining a clear focus on customer satisfaction and the needs of both customers and students.
