Main Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management, inbound call handling, booking travel requirements, meeting and greeting clients.
- Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of internal and external meetings
- To be responsible for the office, often working independently and acting as gatekeeper at all times,
- Managing confidential and sensitive materials with absolute discretion
- Office management: bookkeeping, processing expenses, file management, ordering office supplies & HR requirements.
- Client management: acquiring, managing and delivering highly sensitive information.
- Assisting with ongoing client business communication and other requirements.
- Managing and organizing inbound and outbound email communication.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Document preparation, management and administration.
- Maintain administrative systems and procedures to ensure effective support.
- IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Numerate;
- Minimum of two year’s office experience;

- Ability to multi-task;
- Trustworthy; Must have the ability to work well without supervision;
- Good use of time management;
- Attention to detail;
- “Go – with – the – flow” attitude; i.e. ability to be able to change the plan in order to accommodate urgent matters which may occur during the day;
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication clients, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work to deadlines; and
- Keen interest & experience in finance would be beneficial but not essential
- Working Hours 10-3pm Monday to Friday
