Of our 211 offices, 62 are rated “Outstanding” by CQC, employing 11,000 caregivers who deliver care to 15,000 clients daily. Job role: We are seeking a social media marketer to increase our brand awareness, manage audience engagement, recruit caregivers and acquire new clients. You will design social media campaigns, craft posts and content, create videos/creative content, identify and engage influencers, track and optimize metrics and manage & promote industry events. Responsibilities Develop, budget, implement and manage our social media strategy Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationManage and oversee social media contentMeasure the success of every social media campaignCreates and distributes engaging content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messagesEnsures brand consistency in social media messages  Collect customer data, analyse interactions and visits to create reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaignsReport progress to senior managementGrow and expand Home Instead’s social media presence into new social media platforms, increase its presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and InstagramResearch and monitor activity of company competitorsCommunicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network  Social Media Marketing Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will hold a degree in marketing or relevant field, have one to two years’ experience as a social media marketer, have a good understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and analysis, have excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ , have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, creative problem-solving skills and a team player. Location: Earlsield, WandsworthJob Type: Part time- 16 hours per week Pay £18 per hour  If this role interests you  please call Tony O’Flaherty on 020 8871 0006 or email tony.oflaherty@homeinstead.co.uk for more information.
