Admin Support for Local Online Brand - The Small Home

The Small Home is a growing online brand with a focus on sustainably produced fashion, lifestyle and interior pieces.

We are looking for someone who can help with a variety of different jobs as our business grows.

Please see our job spec below:
  • Order fulfilment
  • Customer service enquires - email & telephone
  • Updating the website
  • Stock management
  • Wholesale order admin
Key skills & personal requirements:
  • Organised & methodical
  • Trustworthy & reliable
  • Quick to learn
  • With the initiative to manage various job roles
  • Has good written & spoken English
  • A 'people person' with good social skills
  • Good basic computer skills
  • Fit and active (able to manage deliveries & stairs!)
  • Flexible
  • Ideally with an interest in our product area
  • Lives within easy reach of Balham
Hours, pay & location
  • Required on Monday, Wednesday & Friday's - hours will vary depending on how busy we are (between 3-6 hours per day).
  • Working from a residential address in Balham.
  • Pay between £10-12 per hour depending on experience.
