Part Time HR Manager

We are a SW London based company with 22 employees and we currently have all of our HR work carried out internally (by our office Manager) with the support of some HR outsourced specialists (and lawyers). Our business has become busier and we need a part time HR Manager to work (very flexibly) 6-10 hours per week. There will be a requirement to visit one of our offices on occasion (for inductions, reviews, maternity interviews, other times where a face to face is required) but much can be done from home (on the phone) and using software packages (leave requests/sickness/etc.).

The ideal candidate will be:
An HR Generalist with experience and qualifications in the field (IPD)
Have worked in an SME before and understand the 'sleeves rolled up nature involved'
Have a good undertanding of IT software packages in the market place
Be well organised and capable of producing the detailed documentation that the role demands

We would be happy to either hire you as a consultant (if you are currently working for other companies, mindful of IR35) or
As a part time employee on an hourly rate which would be calculated on a monthly basis (onsite and working from home)
