PRACTICE MANAGER VACANCY
 
The Greyswood Practice

The Greyswood Practice is looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to join our friendly, supportive team.
 
We are a high-performing 5-partner practice, with an expanding list size of 9,500+, and outstanding patient feedback. We are also in the process of extending our premises and becoming a training practice in the very near future. Full complement of services including: phlebotomy, ECGs, counselling, physiotherapy, smoking cessation, podiatry, and ultrasound services. We serve a diverse local population – including young families, BME groups, older people, young professionals and a local residential home. We are paper-light and efficient: EMIS Web, Docman workflow management system, e-referrals. 
 
The successful candidate will be a talented people manager, with strong HR and leadership experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for someone who has meticulous organisational skills, an eye for detail and who is comfortable in overviewing finances and budgets.
 
Experience working in a management role in the NHS, and in primary care particularly is desirable but we will consider a candidate with the right skill set from outside of the NHS
 
Benefits include 6 weeks' annual leave
Salary: competitive
Hours: 22 hours per week, with the possibility of working flexible hours, and potentially over 4 days per week (Mon-Fri), which must include Wednesdays until 4pm.
