Sourcing and filtering potential new team members - including identifying best platforms on which to advertise and implement recruitment systems.
Initiating and mentoring new team members with regard to company values and culture
Ensuring all relevant paperwork pertaining to staff and subcontractors is kept up to date
Monitoring staff holiday and other HR duties
Initially 8-10 hours per week
