Paint the Town Green is an award-winning eco-friendly painting and decorating company based in Wandsworth.
Founded in 2007, the company has strong plans for growth and is looking to expand its team with a practical and consistent recruitment process as well as the on-going management of hiring, new staff induction and cultivating culture.
Responsibilities include:
Sourcing and filtering potential new team members - including identifying best platforms on which to advertise and implement recruitment systems.
Initiating and mentoring new team members with regard to company values and culture
Ensuring all relevant paperwork pertaining to staff and subcontractors is kept up to date
Monitoring staff holiday and other HR duties
Hours:
Initially 8-10 hours per week
