A brand new opportunity for someone naturally outgoing, self-motivated and sales driven. You will be paving a brand new role within our company generating fresh leads and convert them into membership sales. Working with the marketing and fitness team to build upon our community, members and brand.
We are looking for a quick learner with attention to detail. You need to be able to hit the ground running, hit your targets and use your own initiative. Generous rewards and commission available.
HOURS...
Part time. Hours and days are flexible and can be done at home or at the club which is located in Earlsfield, on Garratt Lane. There is scope to turn this role into a full time job position as the role evolves which will still be flexible hours and home/club based where necessary. Contract role initially with the scope to convert to an employed position.
Weekly hours will be up to 20 hours a week.
WE ARE...
A female fitness club, established for around 4 years. Offering memberships, Semi-Private personal training, personal training and soon to be female specific programs for stages such as menopause etc. Our team are incredibly passionate about women's health and wellness, so, if you are someone who has past experience in sales, and are keen to join a team and brand that is championing women's wellness and health then we would love to hear from you. Knowledge of the SW London area are beneficial.
THE ROLE...
Will purely be based around sales of membership and supporting the marketing and planning team by providing ideas around campaigns that will help increase sales and income.
Day to day duties of the role will include:
- calling potential enquiries, answering incoming enquiries (all done with a remote mobile)
- bringing fresh new ideas around the marketing and sales campaigns
- managing and processing memberships
- managing sales KPIs and achieving the monthly or campaign targets
THE SALARY...
Initially this will be a contract role with scope to convert to an employed position.
pay per hour - £14, approx £1250 per month
PLUS generous bonus to be paid when hitting sales targets
