Clara Bee is looking for an assistant to help out with various aspects of its Interior Design business, working with the creative team:
- product and material sourcing (samples, furniture, fabrics, tiles, flooring, lighting)
- obtaining quotes
- confirming quantities and delivery dates in line with project requirements
- checking deliveries at project sites and managing returns, replacements and warranties
- managing trade account relationships
- communications with clients and contractors
- preparing and updating spreadsheets and budgets
- liaising with Finance Manager for payments and billing
- assisting generally with design work and on workshops and events
We are looking for someone with strong organisation and communication skills who is very used to working with MS Excel. We are a small friendly team; professional, relaxed and passionately enthusiastic about helping our clients transform their homes into beautiful places to live, work and rest. This is a permanent part-time role, specifics to be discussed at interview (ideally 10am - 2pm Tuesday - Thursday initially) with flexibility to work between the Clara Bee home office in SW17, from your own home and requires travelling to client project sites in the local area, so being able to drive with your own car is preferred.
