Customer Care & Sales Executive – Home Emergency Insurance      

We are a friendly and growing Home Emergency Insurance provider based near Wimbledon.  We are looking for a positive and proactive individual to join our growing start-up. A disrupter in the Home and Landlord Cover market, we are rapidly growing and focused on ensuring the highest standards of service for clients around the UK. Our ideal candidate will love engaging with people, assisting with enquiries, proactively solving issues, and making sales. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists whilst also helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about bringing customers into their world and ensuring that the company’s goal of providing the highest standards of service are fulfilled. 
What will the job entail? 
  • Handle Customer enquiries via phone, email and chat
  • Ensure that customer’s records are correct and kept up to date
  • Convert inbound calls and web-leads into sales
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments and service providers to meet customers’ needs
  • Be Customer-focused, with a genuine desire to provide a quality service
  • Handle first-line complaints and investigations
  • Follow up with customers at initial credit control stage
 What are we looking for? 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a high standard of verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of Customer types – homeowners, business owners and property tenants alike
  • Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise work
  • First class customer service
