Remote job

I'm software engineer, but I have to care my child. How can I find good company to work remote?

My apologies if I misunderstood but if you are planning on looking after a child while working I’m afraid you can’t do that.
I would even go as far as saying that trying to do this is the reason why employers are reluctant to let employee work from home.
But hopefully I misunderstood.

The company I work for, Cisco, is very flexible around working hours and working from home. For example, I take time off most days to drop my child to school and pick her back up, and make up the hours at night or the weekend.

I am so happy to hear that you want to spend time and take care of your children. I really appreciate it. And I can say that now it is possible to do. There are a lot of opportunities of jobs from home. I also have started working from home since I was pregnant and till now I am still working remote, haha. I’ve found this company https://outstaffyourteam.com that can introduce developers to professional tech companies for long-term cooperation on international products. Does anyone know anything about that? I am tired of looking for projects on my own all the time.
