A Human Resources Advisor is required to ensure the efficient operation of procedures and practices. The successful candidate will also provide HR advice and guidance to the CEO, the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, as appropriate.
Applicants should be educated to degree level, or the equivalent, and be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, or studying towards gaining membership. Experience of human resource management is required together with strong interpersonal and communication skills and IT skills. A good knowledge of employment law, child protection and safeguarding legislation is also required.
