This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant, with a minimum of two years’ experience in either sales or recruitment (ESSENTIAL).The role is one that requires innovation, customer service, politeness, and the ability to continually think on your feet, you must be able to be a robust time management individual, with essential skills in IT, book keeping including invoicing an understanding of the care industry is desirable but not essential.E.g., Word Excel Windows PowerPoint, you would also be required to have knowledge of QuickBooks and a basic understanding of bookkeeping, additionally, crisp messaging, and training with systems used will be part of your induction. Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant 
  • Build long-term relationships with clients – the ability to listen effectively with clarity empathy and understanding. 
  • Patient and calm 
  •  Responsive  
  • Recognize that parents/companies require childcare yesterday. 
  • Create and implement recruiting ideas that will generate ongoing new referrals.  
  • Create and post job advertisements as and when required. 
  • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, social media, and our partners. 
  • Filter through CVs thoroughly, ascertaining prospective new child carers. 
  • Screen applicants before the interviewing process 
  • Match applicants to job positions 
  • Diarise accordingly (coinciding with your line manager's schedule) 
  • Work alternate weekends (on a Rota Basis Saturdays and Sundays) 
  • Have a good understanding of equal opportunities.  
  • Have a good understanding of meeting cultural needs. 
  • Supervision Skills

  • Social Media content Creation 
Qualifications / skills   
  • Human Resources, marketing / Sales     ESSENTIAL 
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques. 
  • Customer Service and sales skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Well-organized 
  • Ability to make reasonable decisions. 
  • Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software. 
  • Knowledgeable of employer branding techniques 
  • Communicative

  • Interview technique and experience 
  • Bookkeeping skills/invoicing / auditing   
  • Innovative  
  • creative  
  • Be confident on Zoom and or teams (ESSENTIAL) for the Role 
This is a remote position although you maybe required to attend events / meetings face to face, you must have a Lap top and mobile phone.
20 hours per week   starting    18th June 2023 
Salary £13ph
